Discount for High school students

I have been trying many times to add my student discount onto my spotify permium. The main issue that I am experiencing is when I try to click verify for my student details, the circle just keeps loading. I have left that page turned on for a few hours however, the circle still shows that it is loading. 

Furtheremo, aside from using my details, I have also tried to use my famile memeber's student details but to no avail. Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.

We suggest you don't try signing up using someone else's credentials since this might cause confusion between accounts and discounts.

Try signing up for the discount using your own info in an incognito window to see if it makes a difference.
