I have payed the money 2 times for student subscription. For the first time, i did not connected to the Wifi of my school, however i tried to verified my studentship via ShearID. After a day, i got a mail that my studentship could not be corrected. I again payed for student subscription via my school internet connection. My money was taken again. However, i cannot subscribe my account. I want payback my money and subsribe again.

If Spotify is unable to verify your student I.D, you won’t be eligible to claim the student discount. In this instance, any charges will show on your statement as ‘pending’. This means your bank has put a temporary authorization on the funds, but no money has actually been taken.

Once the bank confirms your student I.D failed to verify successfully, the money will reappear on your statement. This can take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank. You can reach out to them for more information about any pending payments.

I got the point that no money taken. but i correctly followed the procedure for student discount at second try. I saw the notice that my student id was confirmed. As well, i received an email from SheerID. It means that the correct amount of money will be taken as i expect. So, how long should i wait to have student discount?
