Does the University Premium plan give me the right to use the full API?

I'm a Computer Engineering student and I'm developing a Virtual Assistant and I'd like to deploy Spotify's API to have full access, but it's giving an error as if my Plan is not Premium which is the University Premium Plan

Could you let us know what error you're getting while using the app? Sending us some screenshots of what you're seeing on your end would come in handy. You can attach them to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
