Double charged on payment

I just started my student account yesterday and noticed I was charged twice for starting the subcription. How do I get the 2nd payment refunded

it may be a pre-authorization, you weren’t charged for real. 

Please wait a few days, the authorization will be removed soon and the money will be available in your bank account.

Hi @heyyydrea! When enrolling for a student discount you will almost always see a pre-authorization charge placed on your method of payment. A pre-auth charge is usually a small charge that is used by companies to ensure that the payment method used has the appropriate amount of funds to complete a transaction, and the charge should drop on its own within a few business days. If your enrollment was successful, you should not see a charge until your current month of premium is up.
