Error: "We're all mixed up"

Error: "We're all mixed up"

I recently desided to get the Spotify Student + Hulu deal. I got the email that my inforamtion was varified. Then it took me to the screen where it says "click here to be directed back to Spotify to access your offer." So I clicked on the link then the screen says "Oh No, We're all mixed up. Refresh this page or try again later. It may take some time to get things running again." I was also charged the $4.99 + tax. It has been 9 hours. I just want to know what is going on. Or if I'm doing something wrong.

We'd recommend clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Does that help? Also, if you haven't received the email confirmation to get the discount, the charge wasn't successful.
