Student discount wrong

Student discount wrong

Hey.

I bought a student discount, but I pressed the wrong school and I was deducted but did not receive a receipt or premium. Can I have my money back?

Hi @kooolsen, welcome to our Spotify Community!

 

No worries. If you haven't received the confirmation email to get the discount, the charge was not successful. The payment on your statement should show as pending/pre-auth, meaning no money's been taken. The funds should reappear on your statement soon. In the meantime, you can check your student discount details and resubscribe at spotify.com/student.
