Extented my student discount but it didnt activate

I renewed my student discount a month ago but now I was charged the full 10€ and the discount isn't active. When I try to activate it again it says that the discount is already active. I sent the needed documents and everything last month.

Let's first check if you have multiple Spotify accounts following the suggestions on this support page. You could've added the discount to the wrong Spotify account.
