Family plan with daughter who lives in college?

I have two children.  One is already a premium member.  The other is a college student who, though her legal address is the same as mine (in the USA), is a college student and spends most of her time in Montreal, Canada.  If we upgrade to a family plan, can both daughters be included?

In the family plan, Spotify counts the physical address. Upon accepting an invite to join, the person will have to put the same home address as the family plan owner.

With the family plan, everyone has a Spotify account then gets invited to the plan. They will need to put the same address as the plan owner in.
