From Premium To student spotify

Hi, 

At the begining i've made the wrong choice of premium so i payed normal Premium spotify insted of stula dent spotify.

I've asked to change my premium last month To have a student spotify, but i still pay for normal Premium, what can i do ?

Hey @raftouminou,

have you ever received an email from SheerID confirming your eligibility?

If so, please follow the steps on the email sent and add your payment info again.

You should check these payment requirements first.

If you didn't receive an email, it can take up to 28 days for your student credentials to be verified.

You should also check out this support article when you get in trouble with your student account again 🙂

I had the same problem. I just put as paymenth method an empty prepait card so i had no more premium and then made the student one
