Germany not eligible for SherrID?

My question or Issue

I´m trying to change my premium account into a student premium account.

First, SheerID couldn´t find my university and it seemed there should have been a drop down menu to choose from, but it didn´t open. When I tried to tip in the university´s name, the field turned empty and red and I was told that it - however - didn´t work.

I found out that probebly SheerID doesn´t know my university yet. I can make a request and in up to 30 days, they might add it.

But when I opened the side of SheerID, Germany was not in the list of eligible countries so I became stuck in this form.

Can somebody help me, please?

Hi,

You can first of all Request to add a college/university to SheerID.

If SheerID cannot help, I recommend you to reach the Spotify Support and explain to them the situation. They will help more that i can.
