Gifting a student account but I can’t add my name to credit card

My Question or Issue

I would like to gift a student account to my son, but there is not a field for the name on the credit card so it gets denied. Is there anyway to fix this? Thanks

Thanks for posting in the Community.

We're unsure what exactly is going on with the credit card info, but it's not advisable to activate a subscription for someone else, especially a Student one, which needs personal information through SheerID to be activated. If you want to gift Premium time to your son, you can get a gift card from a store or an online retailer, it gift cards are available in your region.
