Got verified but Student plan says page not available?

I have been verified as a student but when I vlick on the email to go to payment it says 404 page not available or something and I can't start my membership

Just to confirm, are you getting this error when clicking on "Get discount" in the email you received from SheerID? If so, we suggest that try again from an incognito window and on a different device. It's also worth trying again while using a different internet connection. 

If the issue persists, would you mind sending us a screenshot of the error message you're getting? We'll take a closer look. You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.
