Had to restart my sub, not letting me apply student discount

I go to my account page and I see that my student discount is available and I click on it and then get taken to this page and I can't do anything after this. 

 When I go back to my account page it shows premium for $9.99 instead of student.

Do you have any trouble signing up for the discount using an incognito window? What about if you try it out from a different device?

Me too! I've already activated it how come I was charge the regular amount to renew still? What do I do to get it activated (student discount)

Same situation here. I was charged without discount. Spotify please take care of this.

I am having the same issue as everyone else. At this rate I will have to cancel my subscription so I don’t get charged. Can someone fix this?
