Quise activar mi cuenta Premium para estudiante y puse los datos de mi tarjeta y todo, ya iba a subir el archivo pero me regresó a lo de antes para volver a poner los datos de mi tarjeta. Fui a verificar el saldo de mi tarjeta y tenía menos 49 pesos mexicanos y sigo sin tener la cuenta Premium. ¿Qué hago?

Are you able to see the status of the charge? If it's pending, it means the payment didn't go through and the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps.

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
