Hola el dia de hoy active el descuento de estudian y se me hicieron dos cargos por la cantida de 50 y el cual no entiendo por que quiero ayuda y si voy a recuperar mi dinero

Are you able to see the status of the charges? If they're pending, it means the payments didn't go through and the funds should get back to you soon. For now, you can try signing up for the discount again using an incognito window to see if it helps. 

We also suggest making sure your payment card meet these requirements. If you're unsure, you can reach out to your bank to double-check.
