I am unable to use the student premium plan after verification

I am unable to use the student premium plan after verification

I verified my student email address from sheerid and received a mail saying I got verified. I used my personal email and whenever I clicked on the student premium plan it just automatically takes me back to sheerid verification page all over. I thought it was because it wasn't my "student email" was what led to the issue, but downloading spotify on my work profile, I still get the same issue.

The first link sent was what caused the problem, it didnt direct me to the verification completion. Send an email to sheerid solved the problem as I was given an alternative link.
