I can't change my plan to Student even though I got confirmation I qualify

I can't change my plan to Student even though I got confirmation I qualify

In my Spotify account it says I qualify for a disscount, but when I try to change my plan to Student, I get a notification saying "Sorry, you are not eligible for that plan. Here are some other ways to get Premium."

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry to see you've been having issues with subscribing to the Student plan.
 

Please make sure you go over all the steps from this article here.
