I can't confirm my premium

I had a student subscription for about a year, it expired today. I have re-verified my data and I received an email stating that I have been verified. But when I want to be verified, I am told that I do not have rights, although I have been using a premium subscription for about two years.

Thanks for reaching out.

Perhaps you have some sort of subscription that cannot be directly changed to Student, such as a Family plan or a plan through some partner payment provider. Consider cancelling your plan, waiting for the account to revert to free and then subscribing to Student.

Just to confirm, are you trying to sign up for the discount directly from the student page here? Make sure that you're logged in to your account page before heading over to the student page.

It's also worth giving the student page a shot using an incognito window or a different browser, to see if it makes any difference.

Should you still have issues, could you let us know if you are seeing any specific error messages? Feel free to include a screenshot of it, just make sure it doesn't include any personal info.
