I can't get spotify for student

Actually I have spotify premium for students  but i cant get again because system said you used this offer. But I paid the normal cost of spotify. How can I solve this problem?

Could you try getting started with Premium for Students here? If you're still getting an error message, please send me a screenshot or what you're seeing. Just make sure to hide sensitive info when posting to the community.
