I don't get any pin code when purchasing premium

Spotify suddenly stopped updating my plan and I double checked the validation of the student premium and then when I tried to purchase it again It won't send any pin code

Premium Gift Cards won't work with Family, Duo, or Student plans and you can find more information on these gift cards here. If you are having trouble subscribing using your student discount, can you make sure that it is renewed by following these steps? Keep in mind that you will have to renew every year, up to 4 years, to avoid interruptions with your subscription. 

Once you have checked and it is verified, you should be able to subscribe from there. If you are facing any error messages, please share a screenshot of what you're seeing and the steps you're taking, so I can take a closer look. Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting to the Community.
