I'm already verified but didn't get the discount?

I applied for the student discount and I already got verified last month, but this month I still have to pay full and didn't get the discount even though in my account it is stated that I have student discount available. I tried looking if I haven't claimed it and whatnots but I have and the discount is supposed to start this month? I even tried looking if it's supposed to start next month instead but it is stated that even next month I'm supposed to pay full instead of with my discount. Anyone know what to do?

Just to confirm, did you subscribe for Premium for Students here? If not, we'd suggest giving it a try.

Further, since you mention being charged for the regular price, you can check if you're eligible for a refund here.
