I need help about school discount payment

Yesterday i applied for school discount and sended my documents for proof. Today i got a mail says my student discount confirmed and got a link, when i click that button and try to enter my card numbers it says "Payment failed. Try again, or use a different payment method." , my question is, Spotify draw the money when i was applied yesterday so how is it says payment failed now? And why the system doesnt give me my premium if it already took the money?? 

Need ASAP answers. I really need premium for my music practices

Can you please reach you account page online and click "Manage plan".

Make sure your subscription states you're on "Premium for Students".
