I signed up for Premium for students, but my account shows Premium Family

I signed up for Premium for students, but my account shows Premium Family

My Question or Issue

 

Signed up for Student, and was billed on 12/12. Now my account says Family, and my Student account will begin on 1/3. i was never billed for family. My previous account was cancelled months ago. Also shows a next billing date of 1/3.
