My Question or Issue

I was charged on 4th February 2025 through an auto pay request on google pay which was successful. Somehow there was another payment request on 5th feb which failed post which my app showed payment failed. There were more subsequent requests on 8, 11, 12 and 15th Feb all of which failed and my premium subscription got cancelled. My payment was already done on 4th feb still all this happened. Please help me with this issue as now I cannot use spotify.

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be happy to help you manage your payments.

 

Check your receipts page and make sure that this isn't just a case of some payment getting billed later than expected and thus creating the illusion that you were charged twice in the same month. It's also possible the initial payment on the 4th was actually unsuccessful and was automatically refunded for example.

 

If you still cannot find what exactly happened to the payments, feel free to reach out to our support team, they can assist you further. Make sure to have all of your payment information on hand, as our team will need it to find the payments and verify you as the account owner.
