Student offer in Czechia - information inconsistency

Student offer in Czechia - information inconsistency

Hi, I have 3 questions regarding Student Premium Offer in Czechia. Firstly, does the offer include first month premium for free? Google said yes, but it in not in the T&C and not on the website anywhere. Also T&C said that it can be used up to 3times, but FAQ said 4time - what is correct? Also - students are in Czechia usually for 5 years for standart Master program, can the time period be extended than to 5times? Thank you

Hi there @kristynastjames,

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help clear up anything unclear about the Student plan.

Let's go over the questions one at a time:

  1. Trials can differ in length and depend on what plan you are using. In Czechia, you can use a 1 month trial with Student. To be eligible for this trial, you mustn't have ever used Premium in the past. This includes things like redeeming gift cards or joining Family/Duo plans.
  2. Premium Student can be used for up to 4 years or 4 verification instances. To use Student, you need to verify with our partners from SheerID. Each verification lasts 1 year and needs to be renewed afterwards. You can verify your account a maximum of 4 times. This is the case for all Students and does not depend on the length of study. The full info about this process can be found here
  3. If you've found any official Spotify articles or FAQs that have outdated, incorrect or inconsistent information, please send the exact links to us so that we can look into this and take appropriate measures. Be advised that we cannot guarantee the validity of articles not published by Spotify.

Hope this clears things up. If there's anything else you're unsure about or would like to know, don't hesitate to ask.
