If I Already Paid for premium and switched to Student & Hulu discount..

I thought I already had a student account, but I checked my bank account and there was $9.99 taken out. So since I went back and signed up for the Student discount, do I get reimbursed? Or am I getting charged twice?

Hi @porfie123. Every 12 months a student discount will lapse and need to be re-verified to ensure that the user is still a student. If the account is not re-verified it will transition back to a regular premium subscription at $9.99 a/mo. When you go to sign back up for premium, you will be charged the $4.99 for the first month, which will add on to the month that you have already paid for at the full $9.99.

So in short, you will be charged twice, but the two charges will be for separate months. The $9.99 was for this month, and the discounted $4.99 will be automatically applied to next month.
