Improper billing after trying the Student Signature

I'm already a premium and i tried to change my signature to student premium, but my credit card was charged on R$20 (2x R$10) just on the registration, and i'd like to receive this money back. Thanks.

Hmm, this is not good!

 

This could be an account issue, I recommend conacting Support, you can do this via Twitter (@SpotifyCares) or on this online contact form.

Oi @gappdc, tudo bom?

 

Além de tentar um contato direto com a equipe do Spotify, vc pode também tentar o procedimento novamente usando outros navegadores do seu computador (ou se possível de outro computador), sem se esquecer de limpar os cookies/cache antes. 

 

Desbloquear as janelas pop-up também é recomendado.

 

Caso prefira o contato direto, sugiro o Spotify Ajuda no Facebook, eles costumam responder mais rapidamente.

If you belive you are eligble for a refund, tweet the people over at @SpotifyCares they will be able to help you with refunds 🙂

 

I received the refund, and the SheerID sent me the e-mail confirming the registration, bur the link to continue the pucharse redirects me to the Spotify main page. And i continue as a normal premium. What do i do?

Só gostaria de avisar que recebi outro e-mail (dessa vez em português) do SheerID na mesma estrutura do outro, e dessa vez funcionou, nas configurações já consta o valor do premium estudante.Obrigado pelo suporte!
