Issues linking a Hulu account with Spotify Student Premium

When I goto service under my account on spotify and try to "activate" my Hulu account it already says "Start Watching" and when I click it it prompts me to sign up for hulu and does not let me link a hulu account with my Spotify account.

I went ahead and created a free Hulu trial in hopes I could link the accounts but I haven't had any luck? Could anyone help me out?

Just to confirm, have you linked your Hulu account with Spotify? You can check here.

If so, make sure to try the steps below:

• Try in an incognito or private window in your browser.
• Try in another browser.
• Try with another device.
• Try in a different internet connection.

If you're seeing an error message when trying the above steps, it'd be very handy to attach a screenshot so we can check further. Make sure that no personal information is visible however.
