Hace poco obtuve una cuenta premim estudiantil y la estaba usando normar pero ayer de un momento a otro solo me aparece como una cuenta gratis

If you've recently logged out from your account, it's possible that you've logged into the wrong account by mistake. In that case, we'd recommend logging out from the current account and logging back in to see if it makes any difference. It's also worth checking with different credentials to see if the issue persists.

However, if you haven't logged out from your account recently and since this could be account-related behavior and we don't have access to users' accounts from the Community, we'd recommend contacting our Customer support directly so they can check the account and help you further.
