My College Isn't Recognized

This is very frustrating. I had student premium for a whole year and when I went to renew it it said my college isnt recognized after it showed it was there on the list. I tried to fill out an addition request and U.S. isnt even on there? I thought I handled this with a spotify staff member months ago and im very upset that ive been charged premium for 3 extra months.

I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues, but I'd love to help! Spotify, doesn't actually handle the verifications for the Student Plan, but instead outsource it to SheerID. You'll need to get in touch with them about any verification issues!
