My credit card was charged despite the payment not going through online, want a refund

My credit card was charged despite the payment not going through online, want a refund

I tried to sign up for the student discount but it did not go through however my credit card was charged. My bank told me I had to contact Spotify to rectify this. I subsequently canceled my
Premium membership because of the hassle to get through to your company and get a refund. Please give me my money back.

Hey @Yashosa

 

If you didn't get any email receipt, sometimes the amount gets 'on hold' even if the charge doesn't go through. Normally the amount gets back to your bank account a day or two later. 🙂
