Não consigo efetuar o pagamento do plano com cartão nubank, acredito que seja por causa da data de nascimento estar errada na conta do spotify, mas nao consigo mudá-la visto que minha conta é vinculada com o facebook. A data já está atualizada no facebook, porém não atualizou no spotify. Como proceder? Grato desde já.

If you created your account with Facebook, you won't be able to change your date of birth on your Account page. Also, even if you've updated that info in Facebook, it won't update automatically in Spotify.
In this case, we suggest that you reach out to our Support team through any of these channels so they can take a closer look and further assist you with this.
On another note, we recommend checking this article and making sure the card you want to use meets all the requirements you'll find there. Also, you can check all the available payment methods in your market here.

Além do que foi dito acima, sugiro que se for possível, vc tente efetuar o pagamento com outro cartão, pra ver se o problema é da conta, ou do banco.

Olá, eu tinha desistido de tentar assinar o premium, mas vou pedir ajuda e tentar mais uma vez. No início do ano eu consegui assinar o plano com o cartão de uma amiga minha, eu pagava pra ela daí. Ela teve que cancelar e eu voltei a ter meu problema de meu pagamento não ser aceito. Nem o meu cartão NuBank (que está dentro de todos os requerimentos exigidos pelo spotify), nem o cartão hipercard e nem o visa (esses segundos são da minha mãe, e também estão em regularidade). Como proceder?
Eu só queria dar dinheiro pro spotify XD
Hey there! So, my card meets all the requirements spotify requires, and so does both my mom's, which also didn't work for me. I had given up trying to buy spotify premium, but i've decided to ask for help and try again. In the beggining of the year i was able to buy it using a friends card, so i would pay her monthly, but then she had to cancel it and I went back to my old problem of not being able to give spotify my money lol
What should I do now?

When you try to use those cards, do you get any error message? What device did you use?
Can you please try using other devices, and/or other web browsers, such as Chrome on Incognito window?

I do get an error message, i's attached to the original post, and yes i've tried other devices and even incognito mode on google chrome. I had originally tried it on my old note 10, but since it didnt work i've tried on my newer s21 FE, on windows computers and even on an iphone.
