My Question or Issue

I have already paid for Spotify Premium student in May 2022 for a whole year.  Now I am not being able to login again and I have forgotten my username and password. I had signed up this account with my phone number so not happening again.

Please help as soon as possible.

Hi @Tanu_pc!

 

You can still log in on your mobile device using your phone number:

  1. Open Spotify on and on the login screen, select "Continue with phone"
  2. Select your country (and country code) and type in the same phone number used to sign up.
  3. You'll then receive a text message containing a 4 pin code, which you can use in the app to log in.

Note: It's currently not possible to log onto the desktop app using this method.

 

Alternatively, you can try logging in using an email address / password. In case you can't remember your password, you can reset it by following the steps here. It's recommended that you enter all email addresses you might have used for Spotify in the password reset form.

 

Your account might also be linked to Facebook, Google, or Apple, so be sure to try out those login alternatives as well.
