No me aparece el cambio de plan en mi dispositivo para actualizar el pago ya SheerID me mandó un correo de que mi cuenta ha sido verificada pero no me respeta el precio la app me pueden ayudar a que me genere el descuento

Hey @javi_mb7,

 

Thanks for posting in the Community! We hope you don't mind us answering in English as this is the official language of the forum.

 

Based on what you're describing it's possible that you verified your student discount with SheerID, but never activated the discounted subscription itself. If you've already been verified by SheerID, you should have received an email with a link for activation. You can click on the link to activate the offer.
 

Tip: The link from SheerID is valid for 7 days. 
 

We'd recommend that you check all your email addresses, spam folders included and see if the email with the activation link is to be found there.

 

If you still can't find it or if the link is no longer active, we recommend reaching out to SheerID here. Their support team will happily help out with the whole verification process.
 

In case everything is good with the verification, but the discount is still not active, we'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Support via one of the channels here. As much as we'd like to help you - we don't have access to the necessary systems and tools to check this, however, the teams should be able to take a closer look into your account.
