changing e mail from student's one to private

changing e mail from student's one to private

My Question or Issue

How to change my verification e mail from the students one to private one? I used my student email cause it was suggested in the application for this premium plan but it turned out that messages from Spotify are not received by this mail. That will cause problems in the future with verification. I can't change it myself I suppose, so please tell me who can I contact or what can I do to change it.

Hi,
Yes I did change the enail in the place you send me. I also contacted
SheerID, they send me an activation link for my desirable email but the
recommended me to contact Spotify so they can change the e mail for me. But
this is the only site I found where I can contact somebody from Spotify.
That's why I'm asking for help.

If you've successfully updated the email address on your Spotify account, then you should be all set 🙂 

It sounds like your student discount through SheerID seems to still be valid as well, so I don't think any action is required as of now.
