No reconoce el premium de estudiante y dice que esta asociada a otra cuenta, y tengo doble cobro, como premium y estudiante. He iniciado sesión de diferentes maneras y nada, sigo igual

After this, because you've applied the discount to a wrong account, reach out to our support folks.
