No obtuve el descuento de estudiante

Hola.. Introduje los datos de mi debit card pero no los datos de mi hija para el descuento de estudiante pero aun asi cobraron el dinero.. Necesito ayuda para instroducir los datos de estudiante y obtener el servicio
