No option to re-verify student status

No option to re-verify student status

I received an email telling me to re-verify my student status. When I click the "Reverify Now" button, it brings me to the generic "spotify student" page. There is no button for "reverify" so I then click on "Get Started". This brings me to my "Account Overview" page. I do not see an option for "reverify" here. Clicking on "change plan" does not provide any obvious option to reverify, neither does updating my payment information.

 

How do I reverify my student status?

Welcome to the Community! 

 

In this case, could you try doing this using another browser, or incognito mode? If that doesn’t help, try using another device. 

 

I'd recommend taking a look at this article too.

If after following this link you were still unable to verify your discount, can you please check on your receipt page how long you've been using the discount? If you applied it more than 4 times, unfortunately, it's not possible to apply once again.

i just looked at my bill and it says im paying for premium and not student premium but when i click on student premium it says im not eligible is there a way to get my student premium back im still in college
