No response on my student discount enquiry

No response on my student discount enquiry

7 days ago, I subscribed to the student discount. I had to be accepted as a student of course. I sent in some documents and it said it would take a couple of days before my submission would be answered. It has now been 7 days, and I have not yet recieved a response, neither an accept or decline. (Yes, I have checked my spam folder). 

I assumed it was declined, as I did not hear anything. But today (28th of April) I was charged the monthly fee for spotify, and my account have not been upgraded. 

 

What is my status? 

My Email which I used for my account is: MatiasRHansen@gmail.com

 

I hope you can clarify my status.
