Not on Student Premium and still paying for it

Not on Student Premium and still paying for it

I signed up for the Student Premium on March 2017. I followed the steps on verifying my school and the payment method. After a month, I noticed that I was still on the free subscription and it was still charging me $4.99 a month. Currently, I am still not on the Student Premium and it is still charging me $4.99 a month. I looked at my subscription status and there is no proof that it says that I am on the Student Premium. I also looked at the receipt and it says that I am still on the free subscription. Yes, I checked if i have other accounts and I do not. My amount on the bill does not say that it is pending because the money goes through. I have logged out and logged into my account and nothing changes. And my card informtaion is up to date. Thanks.
