O can't open verification link

After I verified my student account in university portal I got email. And when I want to continue with this link it opens 404 not found

What you can do in this case is try to open the link on another device or a incognito window. If you still get the same error, the verification link could be expired, in which case it's best to reach out to Sheer-ID and request a new link.

It would also be helpful if you let us know which country your account is currently set to. Note that the country of your account must match the country of your University and the country that you're currently in.

I was on premium account but I want to switch to a students plan. I sent the documents for proof but I can't go forward with my payment as the link I was provided with isn't opening. Please help.
