Paid, but it didn’t verify

So I was trying to get the premium student thing, which took me to the page, and the page bugged out when I took a photo of my student ID. 

I tried to redo it but the money had already come out of my account and now I’m down 8 bucks and no premium 😕

Have you checked your bank balance to see if it was actually deducted?

The money has gone from my account and I'v got no premium. I also don't have 8 bucks to have thrown away from things like this happenning.
