hello, firstly i was trying to upgrade my account to premium and i saw the student discount and take a look and when it asked me to verify my studentship i and before that it said "nothing had been taken from your card" and i closed it and bought the family premium and when i looked my card it took the money for student too. if there is any way for me to get my money back please do tell. and theres the issue of not being able to use the family premium too too

Sometimes, when getting this error message after trying to subscribe for the student discount, the funds are placed on hold. If they show as pending on your bank statement, this could clear things out.

 

If you're sure both payments went through and they're not showing as pending on your statement anymore, we suggest contacting our Support team via Twitter or Facebook. They'll be able to take a closer look to help you out.
