hey there i pay my premium account money from the card but sheerid don't approve my student id after shherid approved my studen account but spotify has already take my  oney and now they said you havent got enough money please help me

Sometimes when you enter your payment details, the money is drafted and remains as pending for the discount to be validated.

If you didn't receive an email confirmation from SheerID with a button to complete the purchase, the money will automatically go back to your bank account after a few business days.
