Me subscribí a Spotify para estudiantes. Erróneamente hice el pago dos veces. Mi verificación en SheerID fue aceptada, pero ahora no puedo pagar debido a los 2 pagos retenidos. Tampoco puedo cancelar la compra puesto que aún no aparezco como Premium. 

¿Qué pasará con mi dinero?

Since these transactions were taken as pre-approved but you couldn't complete the purchase, the money should go back to your bank account automatically.

I suggest reaching out to your bank for more information about these pending transactions.
