Por que o portal diz que nao tenho direito a meia para universitario?

Tenho plano familiar, porem o sistema nao permite a atualizacao da minha conta para a meia para universitarios. Por que?

thanks for posting !

If you're a Premium for Family plan administrator, you will need to cancel the subscription and wait till the account reverts back to Free.

At this point you should be able to get the discount.

If yo are a sub-account (invited to the plan), simply leaving the plan first should be enough as long as you revert back to Free.

If you're still not able to be verified as a student, please reach out to SheerID because they are handling the verification process.
