My Question or Issue

 So I already have premium, but im trying to change my account to the Premium + Hulu for students. I put in my information (name, school, and DOB), and it keeps saying I am not eligible for the discount. How do I get it to work?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems getting the Student Discount. Is your school listed on the school selection list? If so did you input your Student ID number into SheerID. Usually once you have completed the Verification of your Student ID, it will proceed to the payment page. Also by any chance have you tried clearing your Cookies and Caches? If you haven't, give that a try. Another thing you can also try doing, if the cookies and caches solution doesn't work, is using incognito mode on your web browser.
