Premium- Student Verification Problems

I have tried to apply for a Spotify Premium- Student account. However, when I am on the "Tell Us About Yourself" page, an error occurs stating: "Your student credentials are already associated with another Spotify account." I used to have a free account, but I deleted it and made a new free account with Facebook. I know that my old account was terminated, but I am still having issues. Any solutions?

Check with support as it might be attached to another account, include any reference number you have for your student discount:  https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/
