Paid for premium but...

Dearest everybody

I only just paid for student's premium,  yet I don't have any documents to verify that I am a student, so my status is still 'free' even though I paid money 🙂 I want to get my money back ,but,  I don't know how to . Could you please help me?

since you did not verify you wont be debited, what you're seeing is a pending payment that will return to your account within days

Don't worry - this charge was just a pending charge. It's a part of your bank or credit card company's authorization process. If the transaction doesn’t successfully complete, no money will be taken and the charge will soon disappear. For more information, contact your bank/credit card company.
