Premium account problem

Premium account problem

I have bought premium account for students, i sent the document by email, the price has taken from my credit card. But today i cant use premium account what is the problem

Hey @EmirAli,


you should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. This should say the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium!
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!

I bought family premium on the 25tg November 2017 my account hasn't been chargedI've logged out and logged back in and I'm still on premium and my partner doesn't have premium im getting really sick of this coz none of the 2 of us is on family premium my account is premium and I'm getting music but he isn't every time I get through I get disconnected every time call me on 0788492154 so this gets sorted once and for all or I want money back
